June 1st was insanely busy. First thing in the morning was our dear friend, Toni Hernandez’s, graduation from University of Phoenix. This woman has busted her rear end for the past four years to earn her bachelors in accounting. She is truly inspirational!
We could barely find her in the sea of graduates! There were so many!!! But we finally found her and snapped a few shots as she’s about to walk across the stage!

After the graduation we were off to Olive Garden for lunch. It was delicious – of course! Immediately following lunch we headed to Circus Circus Adventure Dome for a birthday party for our friend Amari!
Ethen went on his very first roller coaster! I was Nervous Nellie about this – I didn’t think he was tall enough – BUT HE WAS AN INCH TALLER!!!
WHAT THE HECK!!!
Ethen was hooked on the roller coaster – he went on the thing at LEAST half a dozen times. BACK TO BACK TO BACK!!! Until it was party time!
After the party festivities Ethen was back on the coaster with Stephen (my cousin) for more fun. I’m sure Stephen was grateful when I said it was time to go! We then let Ethen ride the carousel and stopped to watch a magic show. The clown was pretty good!!! Ethen even saw Kyleal, a school buddy! What a great surprise!
It was a great day. LONG – but great!
