It’s been a great Christmas! We had our Family Christmas Dinner last night. Prime Rib and ham! Yummy! Then I set to making cinnamon rolls for Christmas Morning!!!
We also had our annual Birthday Cake for Jesus that Ethen helped me decorate!
We feel that Santa gets a little burned out on cookies so we left a nice slice of cake and a glass of milk. Ethen even wrote him a note!
It was off to bed for Ethen while Nana and I played a game of Yahtzee! We were told a few times that we were to go to bed because Santa was not going to come if we were up! It was quite humorous to hear Lil’Man tell us this!
Then… SANTA CAME!
This morning I was awakened by the excited screams of an amazed six year old saying, “Mommy, get up… Santa came and ate his CAKE TOO!!!” We thus proceeded to open presents!
Ethen made out like a bandit!
First (as always) is always the gift that Heavenly Father gave us – his Son, Jesus Christ. So Jonathon always reads the Christmas Story from the scriptures!
Then the big Cahoona – The present from Santa! A big, red skateboard!
