Today was the awards ceremony for Ethen's school. The Kindergarten classes have a program called "Flying into 1st Grade". It is a series of learning objective to complete before the end of the year, such as counting to 100, recognizing the numbers 1-20, knowing the ABC's and their sounds, and 50 sight words and some other things as well. Ethen has worked so hard to complete this and finally has accomplished his goals. Today he went from a caterpillar to a butterfly! He actually finished this in December but because of the craziness they are just now getting the award to him.
